Ruth Preisser, FRP
Ruth is a Guardianship Paralegal and ssistant to Erika Dine, handling Guardianship work and assisting the attorney in other Elder law related litigation such as Exploitation of the Elder.
Ruth moved to Florida approximately a year ago with her husband from the Berkshires in MA and currently resides in North Palmetto.
She attended Nova University and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. Her desire to study law led her Suffolk Law School in Boston, MA, where she obtained her J.D.
She has worked as a Disability Insurance Claims Consultant in Massachusetts handling disability claims and has also worked with the Massachusetts State Legislature as Legislative Director for various committees.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and her 14 year old Basset Hound, Rockwell. She also loves to travel and still enjoys watching the Florida sunsets.
