Erika Dine, Esq.

Erika Dine is an associate attorney with our firm and practices in the areas of guardianship, probate, and estate planning. She received her Juris Doctor Degree in 2002 from Stetson University College of Law. Before joining Boyer & Jackson, Ms. Dine was the Director of Research for the Elder Consumer Protection Project at Stetson University College of Law and is a former Assistant State Attorney for the 12th Judicial Circuit of Florida in Manatee County.

Ms. Dine is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Sarasota and Manatee County Bar Associations, The Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar and the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar where she currently sits on the Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Committee and the Law School Liaison Committee of the Elder Law section of the Florida Bar.

Ms. Dine is also serving her second year as a Board Member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Manatee Chapter.
